I rented the backyard to have a small pool party for my two year old daughter. It turned out perfect and way better than I thought it would. Everything was super clean and I appreciate them for letting us use anything we needed. They even let us keep our food on the kitchen counter to keep away from bugs as we only rented the pool area. I would definitely love to rent this place again and I definitely will be recommending it to my friends!

Loved Hillary and her team. The location was peaceful and quiet with the room being superbly kept. Hillary is very attentive and aware of any concerns you might have. Sawgrass is ten minutes away, with Walmart and Publix even closer by. A most enjoyable stay, quite frankly better than most AirBnBs in the area.

Loved living through, hated eventually leaving! All Items and furniture I needed was ready and waiting when I arrived, quiet clean neighborhood, and smiling staff. Even have a pool in the back! My Zoe paradise, I’ll miss you but any recipient is a lucky fellow!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Cozy Guest House Florida. The host was a very friendly and religious person. A lot of shared amenities including a pool, made my stay enjoyable. The house and yard are always kept clean. One of the houses I stayed in, is situated in a quiet neighborhood. I am so glad that it was located near to educational institutions, business and shopping areas, because it was the main reason I chose this location.

I want to thank Hillary and her team for making me feel so welcomed and pampered. from the first phone call to stepping through the front door. The aroma, the cool and spacious rooms and decor. the best word to describe it is cozy indeed lol.
